For a better effect, curl eyelashes prior to application. Apply a coat of eyelash mascara from the lash line outward. Apply a coat of fibers on top of the mascara. Apply a 2nd coat of mascara to lock in the fibers. Apply as many coats as possible for your desired look. Use a cotton swab for cleanup.
